A well-experienced and technically sound professional team is leading this department. With strict control at every stage of the production process, they ensure quality raw materials, proper sampling, and satisfactory bulk production & packaging before moving to final inspection and shipment.
Lab Test
If any Lab test is required by the client, we then conduct the client’s required specific lab test in any renowned 3rd party lab such as SGS, ITS, BV, etc.
Proper Examine of Bulk Fabric Before Production
Before starting cutting, each batch of fabric is checked to see fabric stability, color, composition, color matching, GSM, and to avoid any kind of unusual shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling, etc.
Pre-production Meeting & Pilot Run
Before moving to bulk production, several pre-production meetings and pilot runs are conducted and any potential issue that may arise during production is identified. Only after that bulk production is started.
Regular In-line Inspection
Regular In-line inspections are carried out during the whole production process so that any issue/problem can be identified and rectified accordingly at the initial stage.
Final Inspection
Final Inspection is carried out at the end of production but before shipment by our company on behalf of our client. Final Inspection is conducted as per international inspection standard (AQL).
3rd Party Inspection (If required)
As we work as the buying/sourcing agent of the buyers, so we carry out the final inspection of the goods in such a way that our clients don’t need to hire any other 3rd party such as SGS, BV, Intertek, etc. for further inspection later.
But if clients ask for any inspection by 3rd parties such as SGS, BV, Intertek, etc., we then arrange inspections by clients’ selected 3rd party.
